I joined Orbit & Skyline on 10th Feb 2014 and in these 8+ years I have worked in 3 different domains here. I joined Orbit & Skyline Semiconductors as a college graduate, and it's been almost five enriching years. Since 2018, I've progressed from an engineer to a manager, leading a team of engineers. Reflecting on my tenure at Orbit & Skyline, I am struck by the realization that 7 years have elapsed with remarkable swiftness. My Journey in Orbit & Skyline started as a Junior Quality Engineer to a Business System Analyst, completing 7 years !!! Where I worked under great leadership from SQAD to the Global Quality department. I learned great things professionally while working with stakeholders on the Global platform. Orbit & Skyline introduced the concept of moral ethics in the form of “Core values,” which paved the way for self-employee career development. Orbit & Skyline provided me with the great opportunity to learn new skills in business quality operations from basic to advanced levels. My journey with Orbit & Skyline has been an absolute delight. It has been 14 years since I started working at Orbit & Skyline Semiconductors. It has been a wonderful journey where I used to work initially with installation & technology transfer teams & currently work with yield, defect, and reliability teams. Being a lifelong learner, I learned a lot where my knowledge was limited to wet etch area before joining Orbit & Skyline. I learned & supported many other areas in different roles at Orbit & Skyline over many years (dry etch, CMP, thin films, Integration, Yield Improvement, Defect Reduction, FBM &reliability). One of the key areas which helped me to grow on daily basis was leading cross functional teams) at various stages to resolve complex technical problems (through task force, 8D, Fab Excursions, Yield Improvement, Defect Reduction, etc.) and drive to solution.
